At JGTConnected, we started as a small community with a big dream.
Our founder, Jaime Gervasi, had a vision that would create an opportunity for people from different industries to come together based around similar passions/causes in a collective effort to help everyone connected to the network to be able to make bigger impacts than any of them could independent of the other.
Ultimately, revolutionizing the business industry by creating a community of people with unwavering hearts committed to helping underrepresented young adults, and each other, unlock their greatest potential. With hard work and dedication, we have grown into the successful network we are today.

4 Easy Steps to Connect
1) Our Realtor Partners chose a school in their area to get connected to.
2) Next, we ask a school if they may like to partner with JGTConnected.
Once connected, our Realtor Partners invest their time, resources, expertise into building relationships with the School Partners in an effort to better understand their needs and how our partners may add value.
3) Then, we magnify our efforts through the support of our JGTConnected Micro Network of Community and Influential Partners.
4) Lastly, we share our success with our database & the world.
There is no one way, or wrong way, to show up to support one another.
Our model is super easy & creates a win win for everyone connected to us.
In fact, our 4 Pillars of Hope are intentionally designed to encourage our partners to participate in various community activities and initiatives that make them feel valued and connected to causes/initiatives that are important to them. Each JGTConnected Micro Network of Partners may follow our model, leverage our systems, trainings & tools to customize a program that works best for their school and community.
Our Impact Is Your Impact
We are your community multiplier. In the 4 years post pandemic, our community has raised & donated thousands of dollars ($) in academic scholarships & need based supplies, sent a family of 4 with a child with Type-1 diabetes to Disney for a vacation of a lifetime, mentored, promoted & taught financial literacy courses to hundreds of teachers, staff, high school students & alumni, organized hundreds of hours of community service, all while helping more small businesses, teachers, staff, & alumni to be able to make, & prepare to make their next best strategic moves in real estate, and our small businesses partners are leveraging our proven systems, tools, models, training and networking opportunities to grow their business and expand their reach.
And we are just getting started!

The Power Of One Connection
4 years ago, one Realtor with 20+ years experience in real estate connected to 1 educator with 20+ years of experience in the classroom and on the athletic field. They came together with a simple goal of creating ways to help support one another thrive in a post pandemic world. What they ended up doing for one another actually allowed each of them to be able to do more and be of service to more people. They created a micro network of individuals from each of their worlds to be able to come together and to support both of them to make more impact in the classroom, in business, in their city, and in life than either of them could do independent of one another. What this created was a partnership program for the rest of us to follow. That is JGTConnected. Imagine, what is possible when we connect 2000 other realtors to 2000 other schools across our country?
The possibilities are endless and our impact is exponential.
Our Goal
JGTConnected is on a mission to connect a network of 1) 2000 realtors, 2) 20,000 small businesses, 3) 200 influential partners to 4) 2000 schools supporting 120,000+ students, transformational teachers, and educational professionals/leaders across the country with the following goals:
- Service 100,000 more individuals/families to be able to create wealth through real estate for themselves annually
- Provide $20M in academic scholarships annually
- Provide $20M in educational support to US high school professionals and communities annually
- Complete 420,000 hours of community service annually
- Complete 40,000 hours of supervised study hall annually
- Host 16,000 teacher appreciation events annually
- Provide 10,000 financial literacy courses annually
- Support 20,000+ local small businesses annually
- Provide 4000+ supervised college visits for high school students annually
- Create 2,000 work study / internship opportunities for young adults annually
- Create 2,000 local job opportunities for HS educators/students/communities annually
- Improve 2,000 homes in neighborhoods of low income, elderly, veteran & disabled homeowners at no cost to homeowners, so they may live in safety, warmth & dignity annually
